Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, manufacturing operations, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the workflow and lean manufacturing processes for production department.
• Analyze actual production methods using lean manufacturing principles.
• Assist with the implementation of improvements together with production staff to meet daily product demand.
• Involved with the design, review and implementation of KPIs for the shop floor.
• Involved with the implementation and monitoring the benchmarks related to lean manufacturing.
• Train and educate employees in all aspects of lean manufacturing related to production.
• Provide support to the production staff to ensure that implemented lean principles are understood.
• Establish a program to develop and maintain standard operating procedures for existing processes.
