Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in North Carolina is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Specialist to implement and sustain Kaizen events and drive world-class lean practices across the plant. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience required.
  • Lean tool experience required.
  • Prior Kaizen team leadership required.
  • Lean Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate Kaizen activities including planning and execution of Kaizen events.
  • Assist in data collection and preparation for Kaizen events.
  • Monitor 90‑day sustainment of Kaizen improvements.
  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and Day 1 training.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement/Kaizen activities across the plant.
  • Lead Planning and Review sessions and Kaizen Steering Committee meetings.
