Ferrara is seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Leadership Program Trainee in the Chicago area. The role offers three rotational assignments across production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and safety, with opportunities for leadership positions and cross-site exposure.

You must be energized by the factory floor and eager to lead teams to outstanding results. Participants will relocate to California, the Chicago metro, or South Carolina for yearly rotations and long-term career growth

Qualifications

• Spring 2027 graduate pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business with relevant focus.
• Degrees required for manufacturing leadership trajectory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Relocate as needed for rotations across sites (CA, Chicago, SC).
• Lead by example and contribute to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive results.
