• Bachelor's degree in engineering completed within the last 12 months.
• Willingness to relocate multiple times during the program.
• Commitment to safety and quality with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across manufacturing operations, quality, safety, supply chain, and process engineering.
• Learn and apply core manufacturing processes including assembly, machining, and automation.
• Develop safety expertise and lead safety initiatives.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and support Lean/Six Sigma projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, quality, safety, and engineering.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and influence improvements.
• Adapt to new roles, teams, and locations while maintaining high performance.
