International Paper invites motivated individuals to join the Manufacturing Management Associate Program, a leadership development path across our 160+ U.S. manufacturing plants.

This program expands your knowledge through hands-on manufacturing and business experiences and aims to develop you as a future leader in International Paper. The job offers rotations in manufacturing, customer service, planning, maintenance, environmental, safety, sales, and supervision, helping you build skills in

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or Business).
• 2+ years’ manufacturing experience preferred.
• Relocation ability essential for advancement.

Responsabilidades

• Active participation in rotations related to manufacturing, customer service, planning, maintenance, environmental, safety, sales, front line supervision.
• Develop knowledge of manufacturing metrics and their business impact.
• Lead special projects on safety, process improvement, quality, capacity balance, workflow, planning and logistics.
• Continue to develop and improve safety systems with ownership, training and audits.
• Lead teams of manufacturing personnel as appropriate.
• Collaborate with supervisors to drive continuous improvement with reliability tools.
• Support and implement standard division systems and tools to meet objectives.
• Assist in plant operations, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades.
• Coach and engage employees on process improvement and business results.
• Assist Sales Representatives on customer interactions regarding capability and offerings.
• Actively participate in leadership development opportunities.
