• Work with area leaders to create training plans and rotate through areas to build cross-functional management skills.

Job Description:Manufacturing Leadership Development Program – Willow Springs, MOJob Description: The primary goal of the leadership development program is to develop associates that aspire to grow into a Team Leader and above. Throughout development, team members will learn the scope of work in a defined cell and how to support the area associates. They will learn to multitask and will have the opportunity to learn and perform in various manufacturing positions. These high potential associates will learn to support many areas of our business to develop into cross-functional leaders.
