Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review call-ins and staffing to create daily production plans.
• Manage KTM projects related to JUMP tactics.
• Collaborate with safety, quality and lean manufacturing teams on issues and opportunities.
• Coach team members to ensure the cell hits its goals.
• Schedule production based on sales, inventory and staffing.
• Work with area leaders to create training plans and rotate through areas to build cross-functional management skills.
