The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong Lean/Six Sigma experience, and proven ability to develop teams, manage budgets, and communicate across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading safety, quality, productivity and cost initiatives.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director of Operations to identify operational issues and drive profitability.
• Lead safety, quality, productivity, service and cost targets on the shop floor.
• Develop, coach, and support manufacturing leaders and employees.
