Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a production team to achieve goals
• Ensure adherence to Anchor Fabrication Safety Policies (PPE, Safe Behavior, Proper Use of Equipment)
• Drive 6S and lean principles to sustain a clean, organized, efficient work environment
• Monitor production to meet quality standards and improve processes
• Support operators to achieve production goals and maintain equipment cleanliness
