Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and competencies that guide the manufacturing team and processes in safety, productivity, housekeeping, customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness, and people systems.
• Develop and achieve the manufacturing business plan and overall cost effectiveness of the operation.
• Monitor and direct performance of all manufacturing activities including throughput, cost and waste control, maintenance, quality, inventories, and meeting budgeted production metrics with safe methods.
• Implement and maintain systems to drive manufacturing improvements.
• Lead, coach, motivate and engage work teams to accomplish objectives.
• Ensure management, manufacturing, maintenance, and HR systems are current and improved where possible.
• Ensure all processes run in accordance with EPA regulations.
• Involve in employee development through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
