International Paper in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Corrugating Supervisor to lead a salaried shift, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and drive engagement on the floor.

You will supervise hourly staff, train and evaluate performance, promote teamwork, and communicate operations clearly to management, customers, and vendors, while upholding IP's safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry required.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor to one assigned shift of hourly employees, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and engagement.
• Supervise daily production of corrugated board, including training, planning and evaluating performance.
• Lead and motivate employees, promote safety and teamwork, and communicate operational information clearly.
