Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced Production Leader in Lansing, Michigan. The ideal candidate will oversee production lines, manage personnel, and ensure high-quality output while minimizing waste and costs. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 7+ years of leadership in the corrugate industry are required.

You will coordinate relationships with customers to meet their needs and fulfill orders using JIT methodology.

What you’ll be doing

Be a production leader throughout the plant, overseeing lines and personnel to maximize output. Be a positive change agent to produce a best in class manufacturing process.

Minimize manufacturing waste and production costs, through P&L management, while optimizing production output and profitability.

Coordinate and meet with customers as needed to maintain relationships, and ensure successful fulfillment of orders both in quality and with JIT methodology.
