Qualifications

• BS/BA in Related Field or Equivalent Experience required.
• 5+ years of industry experience in manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of corrugated packaging manufacturing processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and competencies to guide the manufacturing team in safety, productivity, housekeeping, customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness, and people systems.
• Develop and achieve the manufacturing business plan and overall cost effectiveness of the operation.
• Monitor and direct throughput, cost and waste, maintenance, quality, inventory control, and production metrics while ensuring safety methods are in place.
• Implement and maintain systems to drive manufacturing improvements.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and engage work teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure management, manufacturing, maintenance, and HR systems are current and improved where possible.
• Ensure processes run in accordance with EPA regulations.
• Develop employees through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
