Accurate Metal Machining, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve CNC fabrication processes in a fast-paced shop. You will work across engineering, production, quality and maintenance to drive efficiency, lower costs, and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production methods.
• Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and process improvements.
• Support CNC machining operations including process validation and troubleshooting.
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including routings, BOMs, and process sheets.
• Support new product launches from prototype through full production.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and production issues.
• Evaluate equipment capabilities and recommend capital improvements as needed.
• Ensure familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, ESPRIT, VERICUT
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Validation, and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
