Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee daily operations and guide a production team. Under supervision, you will delegate tasks, manage inventory, enforce policies and train associates to drive growth and meet objectives.

Key duties include coordinating staffing, ensuring safety, quality output, and collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to keep equipment running efficiently. This full-time on-site role offers advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
• Ability to lead by example and create accountability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach safety, quality and productivity to meet objectives via standardized work.
• Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain time and attendance records and monitor staffing needs.
• Provide input for performance appraisals.
• Conduct safety observations and toolbox talks to address risks.
• Ensure production line runs safely, smoothly and with quality.
• Be responsible for production output and product quality.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations.
• Create daily scheduling in partnership with Supervisor and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering and metrology to keep equipment in good condition.
• Engage in problem solving and troubleshooting of equipment/product performance.
