Job summary

LiquidStack is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to improve throughput and quality in a fast-paced environment. The role requires partnering with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations; building standardized work, conducting training, and guiding NPI transitions from development to production.

You will help scale production, implement new equipment, and foster a culture of continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, operations, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing experience in a production leadership role.
• Six Sigma certification required; Green Belt preferred, Black Belt a plus.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and transitioning products from development into production.
• Experience developing, improving, or implementing manufacturing processes.
• Experience working in a startup, high-growth, or scaling manufacturing environment.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing activities to support safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Coach production employees with clear expectations around safety and quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Support production scheduling, staffing, training, and resource planning.
• Establish and maintain standardized work and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve performance.
