Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing associates across value streams, ensuring safety, quality, cost, delivery and people KPIs. You will apply lean principles, manage daily production plans, and align resources with plan.

The role emphasizes adherence to QMS, FDA/regulatory requirements, and a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates will have 3–5 years in manufacturing and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline (or High School diploma + 5 years experience)
• 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Adheres to values and regulatory requirements including QMS and FDA regulations
• Provide direct supervision to manufacturing associates to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People goals
• Lead cross-functional resources and equipment for efficient production
• Manage daily/weekly objectives and communicate them to the team
• Mentor associates and drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement
