Job summary

Nammo Defense Systems Inc. in Mesa, AZ seeks a Manufacturing Lead to oversee day-to-day operations on the manufacturing line. You will report to the area Supervisor or Manager and train staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Ability to obtain BATF clearance to work with products.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven track record in training and motivating subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations on the Mesa line.
• Train and coordinate training activities for the work cell.
• Review master schedule and assign tasks to workers.
• Lead daily department meetings and allocate production work.
• Ensure workers follow SOPs, policies, and work instructions.
• Keep documentation, tools, and materials available and accurate.
• Set up/teardown workstations and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain production rates, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Document performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Generate maintenance work orders and troubleshoot production issues.
