Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Lead for the NDS Mesa facility in Mesa, AZ. You will oversee day-to-day operations, train staff, and ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met.

You will work on the manufacturing line to cover breaks and support scheduling and task assignment. The role requires 5+ years of related experience, BATF clearance, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain BATF clearance to work with our products.
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• Proven experience in motivation and training of subordinates.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement experience.
• Ability to solve problems and provide input for performance reviews.
• Capacity to read and interpret procedures accurately and to provide related guidance to subordinates.
• Effectively present information to peers and respond to questions from others including the management team and customers.
• Stand or sit for extended periods of time. Lifting 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work overtime, as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily department meetings and assign required production work.
• Oversee and become the subject matter expert for assigned work cells.
• Review production master schedule and assign tasks to department workers.
• Ensure workers are properly trained in accordance with SOPs and policies.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and tools availability.
• Set up and teardown workstations; perform minor equipment repairs as needed.
• Maintain production rates and efficiency standards.
• Foster continuous improvement and document improvement ideas.
• Monitor employee performance and report to Supervisor with observations.
