Qualifications

• Typically requires an associate’s degree, vocational or technical training, or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of related experience.
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of manufacturing line techniques and may improve processes.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to groups of non-exempt employees.
• Coordinate people resource requirements for the department.
• Assist in department budget planning and manage department expenses.
• Communicate daily plan and production or customer service issues; manage downtime and bottlenecks.
• Interface with Test Support/Maintenance on equipment problems and communicate with opposite shift.
