Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement, enforce safety policies, train staff, and partner with the Manufacturing Supervisor to optimize operations and cost efficiency across the plant.

This role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to 5S and safe manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust assignments to meet goals.
• Ensure production processes comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Lead and develop the production team to improve productivity.
• Oversee quality control to meet standards and conduct inspections.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and costs.
• Maintain production reports and documentation.
• Ensure proper inventory management to meet production demands.
