Atkore International is seeking a Manufacturing Lead for the Pendleton, Oregon plant. You will operate, set up, troubleshoot and optimize equipment during production, reporting totals in the JDE system and mentoringMachine Operators on a 12-hour night shift.
You will ensure safety, quality and efficiency, perform basic maintenance, and coordinate with leadership to meet shift performance goals. This role supports the Atkore safety culture and manufacturing priorities.
We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Lead to be based out of our Pendleton, Oregon Plant. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this person's primary focus will be to operate, set up troubleshoot and optimize equipment during the production process.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $28.00/hr. + $1.00 an hour Shift Differential. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
