Pro Staff in Warren, MI is seeking an Issues Management Specialist to lead issue tracking for new product launches and manufacturing operations, ensuring timely resolutions and launch readiness. The role involves coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams, with a typical 40-hour workweek and occasional overtime (travel 10-30%).

You will develop dashboards and executive reports using Excel and Power BI, monitor risks, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field (will consider someone with relevant experience with no Degree)
• 3+ years of automotive manufacturing experience
• Experience with issue tracking systems, reporting tools, and database management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting experience
• Ability to lead meetings, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead issue tracking and resolution efforts for new product launches and manufacturing operations
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams
• Monitor risks, action items, and project timelines to ensure successful launch execution
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability for issue resolution

• Support process improvements, workflow development, and escalation management
• Train team members on issue management processes and best practices
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance
