Cascades Inc. in Pryor, OK is hiring a Learning and Development Advisor to shape training programs, strengthen skills across operations, and support onboarding on the shop floor.

You will assess needs, develop learning strategies, create materials, and deliver classroom and on-the-floor training, partnering with asset owners to improve processes. This role offers a competitive salary and strong growth opportunities within a people‑driven, safety‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of high-speed manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across operations.
• Develop learning strategies and training roadmaps.
• Create and update training materials and operating documentation.
• Deliver classroom and on-the-floor training programs.
• Support onboarding and development of new employees.
• Partner with asset owners to build equipment operation manuals.
• Lead continuous improvement of learning and development processes.
