Responsibilities

• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure full compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Create, coordinate, and support structured OJT programs for CRT production employees by partnering with production leaders, supervisors, subject matter experts, and designated OJT trainers to develop position-specific training plans, learning activities, qualification criteria, and competency sign‑off processes.
• Design, develop, coordinate and deliver training programs that support employee development, operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and organizational objectives, including onboarding, on‑the‑job training (OJT), leadership development, technical skills, and professional development initiatives.
• Partner with department managers, supervisors and subject matter experts to assess training needs and skills gaps and develop training plans aligned with departmental goals, position requirements, and workforce development needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other assessment tools and make recommendations for curriculum improvement.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company, customer, regulatory, and audit requirements, including FAA Part 145 and other applicable industry standards.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance organizational learning initiatives.
• Support employee development, career progression, and succession planning initiatives by providing guidance, resources, and visibility to internal development opportunities.
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate tracking of training compliance, employee development, and training‑related data.
