Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing IT, Linux or Windows server administration, and enterprise network experience, including AD, virtualization, and incident response. On-call and travel up to 20% are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years of IT systems administration in manufacturing/factory environments
• Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows server administration
• Hands-on experience with enterprise network administration and deployment
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity to manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities

• Augment and deploy new IT infrastructure supporting mission-critical networks in rocket manufacturing factories
• Perform periodic systems upgrades and patches, sometimes on weekends and evenings
• Monitor IT services and respond to incidents to maintain performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve deployment issues
• Author and maintain IT systems documentation from overview to procedures
• Leverage automation tools and contribute to IT systems engineering
• Ensure systems are compliant with ITAR, ISO, NIST standards
