Job summary

M&H Valve and Tyler Union in Alabama seeks an IT Support Specialist to maintain hardware, software, networks, and communications. You will troubleshoot issues, install equipment, and support end users across manufacturing and office environments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years IT support or related role preferred.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain software on company devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide end-user support and respond to help desk requests promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers and network printing.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and maintain IT inventory.
• Follow IT security policies and participate in deployments.
