Job summary

HLBMA is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to maintain and improve manufacturing IT systems and corporate IT services in a high-volume production setting. The role covers MES, MCS, RMS, EMS, FDC, QMS and Help Desk support across a global team with Korea headquarters collaboration.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of IT experience in manufacturing environments, strong troubleshooting, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Windows. On-site work in Savannah area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in IT systems, support, or infrastructure management.
• Experience supporting manufacturing IT systems (MES, MCS, RMS, EMS, FDC, QMS) preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendors or outsourced IT resources preferred.
• Experience with Help Desk operations and end-user support preferred.
• Demonstrated reliable work history and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and implementation of manufacturing IT systems.
• Define system requirements and coordinate with teams/headquarters for enhancements.
• Monitor and maintain manufacturing IT systems for stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot system and user issues including PCs, laptops, networks, and Microsoft 365.
• Participate in incident management, including tracking and root-cause analysis.
• Assist in system change management and documentation.
• Oversee Help Desk operations and prioritization of requests.
• Coordinate and review outsourced IT work; guide vendors.
• Develop and maintain technical docs, guides, and FAQs.
• Support IT budget tracking and procurement activities.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and renewals.
• Support cost optimization and asset lifecycle activities.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and governance.
• Maintain confidential information and on-site attendance.
