Framebridge Inc is seeking an IT Support Specialist – Manufacturing Operations in Winchester, VA. You will provide hands-on IT support for multiple plant locations, troubleshooting CNCs, scanners, printers, VoIP, and network systems to minimize downtime.

You will manage MDM deployment and participate in hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and security upgrades, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support in a multi-site environment (manufacturing, retail, or similar).
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS, mobile device support, and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, routers, Wi-Fi).
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Ability to travel between plant locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to plant staff across multiple sites, remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNCs, barcode scanners, printers, phones, and related hardware/software.
• Monitor network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems; coordinate with vendors for outages or repairs.
• Manage the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system for secure device deployment and lifecycle management.
• Log, prioritize, and resolve tickets; document solutions in a knowledge base; train staff on basic troubleshooting and POS procedures.
• Lead IT projects such as hardware refreshes, software rollouts, security upgrades, and automation initiatives.
