Jvis USA, Llc is seeking an IT Manufacturing Support professional to oversee first-level IT support for the manufacturing environment, including MES (PlantTalk, Mattec, etc.) and plant automation equipment. The role emphasizes PM activities to ensure on-schedule maintenance and documented processes.
Responsibilities include monitoring systems, rapid issue response, collaboration with IT and plant management, and participation in IT projects while pursuing continuous improvement and quality
The IT Manufacturing Support is responsible for first-level IT support of the manufacturing environment. This includes but is not limited to manufacturing execution systems (PlantTalk, Mattec, etc.), manufacturing technology (computers, Premisys printers, tablets, hand‑held computers, scanners, etc.) and technology used by manufacturing personnel. PM activities associated with all technologies are important aspects of the position (ensuring PMs are completed and documented as scheduled).
Other responsibilities may include supervision, IT project assignments, front office support (office PCs, printers, etc.) and basic network support.

At least a two‑year degree or proven on‑the‑job experience as an IT technician in a manufacturing environment – two years of related experience. Must have knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES). Experience with automotive manufacturing. Good understanding of networking technologies and desktop operating systems. Understanding of ERP systems (CMS). Good understanding of plant automation and support equipment.
