Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an MES Analyst to support day-to-day MES operations, data collection, and product traceability in a manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, IT, and other teams to maintain system availability and data accuracy.

You will assist with testing, training, and implementing MES enhancements, while escalating issues and helping drive continuous improvement in the digital manufacturing strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of technical problem solving, data analysis, scripting, automation and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to MES, manufacturing apps, or production support systems.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and data collection systems.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical info clearly.
• Familiarity with ERP/SCADA/automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and admin of MES applications.
• Monitor system health, resolve operational issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support MES functionality and data flow.
• Assist with testing, validation, and documentation updates for MES projects.
• Support end users, training, and escalation of issues as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on system improvements and changes.
