Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent education/experience with AI/ML foundations
• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Exposure to AI/ML coursework or foundational certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals) is preferred

Responsibilities

• AI & Data Support: utilize approved AI tools to assist in troubleshooting and documentation
• Application Support: assist in configuring, testing, and maintaining business applications
• Requirements Gathering: document processes and identify technical requirements
• Change Management: draft basic specifications and validate changes
• Project Assistance: support small systems or projects and meet deadlines
• Documentation: maintain up-to-date process and topology docs
• Operational Maintenance: monitor performance and perform routine admin tasks
• Incident Response: act as first contact for user incidents and escalate as needed
• Standards: follow best-practice policies for global manufacturing sites
• Vendor Coordination: assist with data gathering for vendor interactions
• Continuous Learning: research emerging technologies to progress toward Analyst level
