Job summary

Pomeroy is hiring an Intermediate Application Support professional to provide technical and project support for plant IT applications and daily IT activities. The role focuses on assisting with incident management, problem resolution, and change management to minimize production interruptions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/IT, experience in a manufacturing facility, and project management exposure, enabling effective collaboration with manufacturing and IT

Job description

Intermediate Application Support provides technical and project support for plant IT applications and daily activities for the IT Complex. Assists in support of corporate IT sponsored application integration, change management, incident management and problem resolution, meeting the objectives of manufacturing while minimizing lost production due to IT related issues.

The functions and associated responsibilities of this position impact Manufacturing and IT at the plant on a daily basis.?By executing and implementing existing standards and best practice solutions, the application support technician for the Complex aiding in a stable and robust environment for our manufacturing business partners.
