Tata Consultancy Services in Lansdale, PA, is seeking a seasoned .NET developer to support manufacturing clients with SCADA integrations and robust database work. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve incidents, and ensure quality delivery while aligning with ITIL processes.

The role emphasizes ServiceNow familiarity, stakeholder communication, and developing customer-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a .NET developer with modern frameworks.
• Experience on SCADA platforms.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database skills.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL-like processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes, SLM, Knowledge).
• Experience with manufacturing customers is beneficial.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management, share regular updates, and assist in preparing operational reports.
• Triaging issues and coordinating with cross‑functional teams for timely resolution.
• Follow service management processes (Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem, etc.).
• Maintain agreed SLA levels and assure quality of delivery at all times.
• Day‑to‑day incident monitoring and resolution (ServiceNow preferred).
• Interact with clients (IT & Business users) on functional issues.
• Develop functionalities as per requirements provided by the customer.

Qualifications

• Good experience as a .Net developer; proficiency in .Net Core, .Net Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET.
• Experience on SCADA platforms.
• Strong experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow and familiarity with Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, and Knowledge Management processes.
• Good experience with manufacturing customers is an advantage.
• Bachelor of Computer Science.

Salary

Base salary range: $90,000 to $140,000 per annum.
