Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain hardware such as computers, printers, barcode scanners and other manufacturing related equipment
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of manufacturing ERP software
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email, antivirus and anti-spam
• Troubleshoot issues, outages, and perform necessary repairs to correct issues
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Create and maintain IT-related documentation, including user guides, process, and procedures
• Track and maintain IT hardware and software inventory, device lifecycles, upgrades and replacements
• Onboard new employees including IT set up and provide basic IT training for system use
• Assist in secure offboarding of employees including return of equipment and deactivation of accounts, logins and access
• Create, maintain and generate reports to support IT related activities, upper management and operations team

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Working knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Power Automate
• 1+ years of experience creating and managing custom reports (Crystal Reports)
• 1+ years of experience working with SQL databases including querying, reporting and database management
• Familiarity of Microsoft System Management Server (MSMS)
• 2 years of IT helpdesk support experience

Physical Requirement

• This position is continuously sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time with occasional bending, stooping and kneeling.
• Must have ability to move around the office to access different workstations and equipment.
• Requires moderate lifting of up to 25-50 lbs.

Salary

• $40.00 Per Hour
