Job summary

Safran is seeking an IT Specialist to support day-to-day technology needs across a multi-building manufacturing campus. You’ll troubleshoot production floor PCs, industrial workstations, printers, and scanners while assisting with user accounts, permissions, and device configurations.

You will collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to sustain secure networks, patching, and endpoint protection, and you’ll document systems and procedures to share knowledge across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows environments
• Networking basics proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / AD
• Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues

Responsibilities

• Facility Wide Technical Support — Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple buildings, responding to tickets and on-site requests.
• Systems Administration — Manage user accounts, permissions, and device configurations in Windows environments; support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related systems.
• Network Assistance — Maintain wired and wireless networks, troubleshoot switches and access points, and assist with connectivity between buildings.
