You will troubleshoot Windows-based environments, support VMware, SQL Server, and Rockwell FactoryTalk, and collaborate with global IT teams to ensure secure, reliable operations at the Chandler facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11), SQL Server administration, and VMware.
• Experience supporting networking, mobile devices, and enterprise apps.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite IT desktop support for employees at the Chandler, AZ facility.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, network, and mobile device issues.
• Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems and business applications.
• Stage, configure, deploy, and support IT assets (desktops, laptops, mobile devices).
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets.
• Support manufacturing infrastructure environments including VMware, Windows servers/workstations, SAN, backup and recovery.
• Manage security and compliance in the process control computing environment.
• Oversee power, environmental monitoring, housekeeping, audits, and compliance readiness.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to share knowledge and improve support strategies.
