Job summary

Revel IT in Chandler, AZ is seeking an IT/IS Analyst for a contract role to lead deskside support across the plant and manufacturing infrastructure, including VMware, Windows OS, SQL Server, IIS, and Rockwell Factory Talk. You will manage patch cycles, incidents, asset delivery, and inventory while aligning with IT standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

3 years experience as an IT professional in a business environment.
Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Knowledge of Windows OS and SQL Server configuration/troubleshooting.
Understand functional systems deployed in the environment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work under pressure with a professional image.
Self-motivated with autonomous work ethic.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute quarterly patch cycles and other periodic security updates.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents (Windows OS, network, devices).
Stage, configure, and deliver IT assets (PCs, mobile devices).
Manage the inventory of IT assets and collaborate with IT support teams.
Work with a global IT support team to share information and best practices.
Ensure security and compliance in the process control computing area.
Operate with IS standards and business unit IT standards.
Develop understanding of business processes and complete audits.
