Job summary

All Lines Technology Inc seeks an experienced IT Analyst to provide onsite desktop support at the Chandler, AZ facility and to maintain critical manufacturing IT systems. The role covers end-user support and infrastructure tasks, including VMware, SQL Server, IIS, and Shop-floor OT tools.

You will collaborate with global IT teams, manage asset inventories, and ensure security and compliance in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT support, infrastructure, or systems admin experience in a business setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, SQL Server, VMware, hardware lifecycle, networking, and enterprise apps.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite IT desktop support for Chandler facility employees.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, network and mobile device issues.
• Stage, configure, deploy and support desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets.
• Support VMware VMs, Windows servers/workstations, SAN storage and backups.
• Maintain systems including Microsoft SQL Server, IIS and Rockwell FactoryTalk.
• Perform quarterly patch cycles and security updates.
• Support audit and compliance activities.

This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for desktop support activities while also supporting infrastructure systems that enable manufacturing operations.
