Hemlock Semiconductor (HSC) in Michigan seeks an IT Manufacturing Technical Leader to own the strategy, delivery, and modernization of manufacturing systems. You will lead a team of 5-7 professionals and serve as the IT partner to Operations, Engineering, Safety, Quality, and Maintenance.

The role drives long-term roadmaps, reliability, cybersecurity, and lifecycle management of MES/MOM, SCADA, LIMS, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT leadership in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with MES platforms and migrations.
• Strong understanding of IT/OT and industrial automation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall manufacturing systems strategy and roadmap.
• Lead deployment and modernization of MES, SCADA, and data platforms.
• Ensure system reliability, cybersecurity, and governance.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and 5–7 direct reports.
• Partner with Operations to align tech investments with priorities.
