Job summary

Hemlock Semiconductor Group seeks an IT Manufacturing Technical Leader to own the strategy, delivery, and modernization of the manufacturing systems portfolio. You will manage a team of 5-7 and serve as the primary IT partner to Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Safety, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

You will own the long-term roadmap, reliability, cybersecurity, and lifecycle management of MES/MOM, SCADA, LIMS, and data platforms supporting production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, including leadership roles supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience with MES platforms and manufacturing system implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, system integrations, industrial automation, and operational technologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex initiatives, and work effectively across business and technical organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own overall manufacturing systems strategy and roadmap.
• Lead 5-7 person team; accountability for reliability and modernization.
• Partner with Manufacturing leadership to align technology investments.
• Oversee lifecycle management, standards, architecture decisions, and vendor strategy.
• Oversee MES/MOM, SCADA, LIMS, data historian platforms, and analytics.
• Lead migration from ABB MES to Critical Manufacturing MES and sunset legacy apps.
• Establish governance, priorities, resources, risks, and executive communications.
• Ensure deployment, training, and user adoption across operations.
