Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance required.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing accounting and month-end close.
• Experience with inventory accounting and general ledger reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments; prepare supporting schedules.
• Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support inventory accounting activities and cost of goods sold calculations.
• Prepare recurring financial and management reports and perform variance analysis.
• Use Excel to organize and analyze financial data; support ERP-related reconciliations.
