Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing accounting.
• Strong ledger and month-end close knowledge.
• GAAP knowledge; budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control experience.
• Experience with AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and audits.
• Excellent Excel and accounting software skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations for the manufacturing plant.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring timely recording of transactions.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform variance and cost analysis; monitor budgeting process.
• Manage AP/AR, including invoices, memos, RMAs, and collections.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain fixed asset records.
• Assist internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve financial efficiency.
