Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing integration, crane operations, and rigging.

• Related degree and/or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lifting, rigging, and integration activities on the production floor.
• Lead cross-functional teams of union personnel for production tasks.
• Interface across functions and programs to resolve technical production problems.
• Plan procedures, project schedules, and support cost estimates for proposals.
• Champion lean manufacturing and drive continuous improvement.
