Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or similar field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent resident, or asylum/refugee status due to export control laws.
• Authorization to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support the implementation of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
