Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Sophomore, junior, or senior standing.
Previous manufacturing, technical, or internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with manufacturing process analysis to improve efficiency and product flow.
Support process capability studies using data collection and analysis techniques.
Participate in facility layout and workflow improvement projects.
Assist with identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities.
Support Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives.
Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement activities.
Assist with implementing visual management and 5S improvements.
Support waste reduction and productivity improvement efforts.
