Job summary

Talent Management Group (TMG) seeks an experienced Manufacturing & Industrial Business Development Manager to grow our Kentucky-based manufacturing staffing services. You will prospect, build relationships, and close new business with plant leadership and key decision-makers.

This remote, field-based role requires regular travel throughout Kentucky. You will manage a strong pipeline, schedule in-person meetings, and drive revenue across TMG’s service lines including staffing, quality inspection,

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience in manufacturing staffing, industrial sales, or related services.
• Proven track record of generating new business through cold calling, prospecting, and meetings.
• Experience selling to manufacturing facilities and industrial organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities throughout Kentucky with emphasis on manufacturing/industrial customers.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, set appointments, and meet with decision-makers.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve activity, appointment, and revenue goals.
