Job summary

Twice as Nice Recruiting client in Auburn, MA is seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing/Industrial Account Specialist to manage and support 10-15 key accounts, mostly via email.

You will handle inbound RFQs, review bids, prepare quotes to hit margin targets, coordinate with purchasing, and keep customers informed. This is an in-office, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Engineering coursework, Manufacturing/Industrial, or Quality Assurance exposure.
• Comfort with learning to read technical specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for 10-15 key accounts.
• Own day-to-day communication with assigned customers, mostly via email.
• Manage inbound RFQs, bids, and commercial questions for assigned accounts.
• Review bid packages and decide which opportunities to quote or decline.
• Coordinate with purchasing to source material and confirm availability.
• Build accurate quotes that balance margin goals and competitiveness.
• Interpret customer material specs using training and internal resources.
• Send timely quotes, order confirmations, and revised documentation.
• Provide proactive order status updates and resolve account issues.
• Maintain organized account records in Outlook, ERP, and shared files.
• Partner with outside sales and operations to support account projects.
• Join occasional customer visits or industry conferences as needed.
