Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OHS, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HSE experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Experience leading incident investigations and applying root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to deliver training and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• CSP/CIH certifications are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve health, safety, and environmental programs across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence and strengthen safety.
• Deliver engaging HSE training programs to build awareness and safe practices.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, permits, and reports to support compliance and excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance to integrate HSE into projects and processes.
• Monitor environmental performance: waste, emissions, chemical storage, and discharges.
• Support emergency preparedness, response planning, and drills.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Experience leading incident investigations and applying root cause analysis methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver training, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or other relevant HSE credentials are considered an advantage.
