• Generalist HR / HRBP experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting plant leaders and employees.
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, retention experience.
• Experience with HR process improvement and project leadership.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Onsite work in Abilene, TX.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders and employees on HR matters.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Lead HR projects and process improvements from start to finish.
• Mentor junior HR team members.
• Analyze HR processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and improve HR procedures and SOPs.
• Build relationships with employees, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Support strategic HR planning and implementation.
• Monitor HR metrics and use data to improve outcomes.
• Handle multiple priorities with confidentiality and professionalism.
